The human body
is amazing machine.
Muscle memory is very difficult to change.
Simply watching someone or someone telling you to do
something differently will not change the way your body does
it.
We must REPROGRAM the muscles through a process.
Then we must learn how to make that change a reaction in a
game setting.
When a golf professional is having trouble with their swing,
what do they do?
They go to the driving range with their teacher and slow
everything down to fix it.
They DON'T just play more golf hoping it will change.
The same applies to the soccer kick.
FREEZE TIME and it becomes understandable.
Keep repeating in high speed and nothing is seen.
