Questions about ordering

• Do you offer phone ordering?
  No, due to selling world wide, it would be impossible to offer hours to suit all and it keeps our costs down. We answer all emails within 24 hours.

• Where do you ship out of?
  Our main office is located just outside Atlanta, GA.

• Do you offer overnight shipping?
  No, we offer only USPS Priority Mail. It is VERY fast both within the US and world wide.

• If I place my order today at 7pm, when will my DVD ship?
  It doesn't matter what time of day. All orders are shipped the next BUSINESS day. Keep in mind that postal holidays are not business days.

• I am worried about ordering over the internet. Is your order system secure?
  Yes, we are a VERIFIED PRO MERCHANT with over a 5 year perfect track record. By using PayPal systems we NEVER see your financial info. All we get is your name, email address and shipping info. All is kept confidential.

• What can I use to pay?
  PayPal offers credit cards, debit cards, PayPal accounts, E-Check and Bank Account payment. We have NEVER had a security or personal privacy issue with them.

• YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO HAVE OR OPEN A PAYPAL ACCOUNT.
  PayPal operates just like ANY OTHER payment processor. They are a VERY secure "payment gateway". They are one of the largest processors in the world and we have NEVER had a security issue with them. (We explain more below.)

• I want to use my CREDIT CARD, not PayPal.
  No problem.
  Since we are a Verified Pro-Merchant Account you can use your credit card.
  Once you click the BUY NOW button you will go to the initial PayPal page. At the lower left you will see a link that says,
  "Don't have a PayPal Account? Use your credit card." See It Here
  Simply click that and you can use your credit card. If you currently have a PayPal account you might have to use an alternate email address for the order. Otherwise the system might recognize you as a registered PayPal customer.

• I can't use my credit card for some reason.
  Once in a great while some banks and credit card companies have online ordering quirks. If you should happen to run into this we suggest you talk to them. You will have to go to a supervisor to get it handled.

• I tried to order but got an error message or it didn't work?
  If you tried to order but something went wrong, we recommend you try a different web browser.
  Please let us know. Nothing is more FRUSTRATING than trying to order and getting a "stupid" error message. Please make sure you let us know exactly what happened so others don't have to go through the same.

  DON'T WORRY about ordering twice.
  If something happens where you place two orders by mistake we will GLADLY and quickly refund the duplicate order.

• Do you offer orders via the mail?
  "I want to order by check or money order?"
  No problem, but understand that such mail orders do slow up the process. If you wish to order via mail with check or money order go HERE.

• What is the price to ship to Russia, Germany or Spain?
  The world wide order and shipping price is the same regardless of your location.

• Are there any issues with customs?
  No.
  Since we ship via USPS priority mail and use their Priority Mail Shipper envelope, it is easily opened and inspected by any customs agent. We have NEVER had any customs delays.

• What about country codes? Will it play on my DVD player.
  Yes, it will play on every DVD player.

• Does the video come in DVD or VHS?
  Only DVD.

• How long is the video?
  Over 2 hours and 10 minutes.

• When was this video produced / released?
  It is a 2008 training video that was released in August of 2007.

• Are there  separate videos for levels of players?
  No the DVD covers all ages and skill levels.

• Will this video help a parent that is not a "soccer player"?
  100% yes.. It will walk you through every stage of development and training your child will go through. It will teach you how to teach as well as how to kick.

• Will this video help an experienced coach?
  Yes, we have had top level certified coaches watch this video and learn many things from it. Most are never been trained in what we teach. Upper level coaching courses tend to focus on tactics and upper level team skills.  They do not break down the science of a kick or reprogramming of players when it comes to mechanical form.

• Will this video help a very advanced player?
  Yes, we have had professional level players watch the video. Many have decades of playing experience. They all learn from it and are amazed to learn about things they do and don't even realize it.

• Will it benefit a very young player, 6 to 8 years old.
  100% yes. Starting young players off with the basic skills is what EVERY parent and coach should be focused on. There should be VERY LITTLE emphasis placed on winning or competitive atmospheres.

• Will the video help keepers?
  Yes, keepers must be great kickers and ball handlers as well. They also need to better understand what strikers do to manipulate ball flight.
